  • Hi Adriana! Wanted to drop you a note to let you know how thankful I am that you’re working with me.

Even though we’ve only trained together for a couple of months, I (along with my doctor!) are delighted…and surprised…with the results I’m already seeing. I’ve been plagued with neck and shoulder pain for 8 years, and finally was diagnosed with severe tendinitis. Thanks to the re-posturing training you do with me, my pain has now reduced substantially, and for the first time in almost a decade, I have mobility in my shoulder that I didn’t have before.

Also loved that I was able to already to multiple workouts on with the Russian kettle bells…when just a couple of weeks ago, I couldn’t get through one.

So I’ve got the best of both worlds – post-injury results *and* amazing body conditioning. I’d highly recommend you to any prospective client.
